John and Linda Cramer certainly do!

They met in Tucson, Arizona where John had re-located after Hurricane Katrina. His apartment had been completely destroyed and his work place flooded in his home town of New Orleans.

John was in the commercial collections field for 18 years. "What I found most fulfilling as a commercial negotiator was earning a client's trust, and then negotiating through a situation to achieve a win-win result."

While living for 12 years in Tucson, Linda was a partner in a highly successful custom home building company. "I learned everything about building a house -- from pouring a slab, to completing the final punch list, to handing over the keys to
the ecstatic new home owners," she says. "It's all about accomplishing a monumental task one step at a time."

The Cramers both admired the writings of internationally renowned authorWayne Dyer. 

     "There's no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what we love.    
      There is only a scarcity of resolve to make it happen."
